SitusAMC continues to examine a security breach that surfaced on November 12, 2025. The company states that unauthorized access exposed some information from its internal systems. The affected material includes accounting records and legal documents linked to certain client relationships.

The company also fears that certain customer data of the concerned clients might have been compromised. IT experts in the company, along with external experts in the field, are trying to determine the extent of the problem. They are analyzing how the hacker broke into the system and what data he/they viewed/downloaded.
According to the company, its review is still ongoing. However, the teams are expected to provide more updates once the review is complete. Nevertheless, according to the report by SitusAMC, everything seems to be running normally for the company’s services. It is also true that the hacker in the attack did not make use of the encrypting malware.
Company Launches Investigation After Security Alert
The company quickly initiated an internal investigation in response to their detection of unusual traffic. Experts from the company’s IT department called in outside experts to help them better understand the attack. Federal law enforcement agencies also entered the fray to assist in the efforts.
